Palmdale wants public’s help

first_imgPALMDALE – Residents are urged to attend Monday night’s Palmdale City Council meeting to give their thoughts on a proposed crime-fighting program called “Partners for a Better Palmdale.” The council will meet at 7p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, 38300 Sierra Highway. City officials call the program a comprehensive community effort designed to make Palmdale the safest, healthiest and most vibrant city possible by bringing together the resources of businesses, neighborhoods, community groups, individuals and government. Palmdale aims to coordinate and collaborate with these entities to reduce crime, build community values and engage residents.
